What is Tree of Arvalus
Tree of Arvalus is a small site where you can raise and train many different creatures. Every creature has it own stats in Beauty, Intelligence, Tempo and Strength. Depending on your actions this stats can increase or decrease. There are also a lot of items which help you to take of all your creatures.

Current the site is in the alpha phase, so there may be still some bugs or spelling errors.

  • 5 different creatures with between 2 and 5 different colors

  • The wildness: Here you can train your creatures, find money or items
  • A short Tutorial

Woo, looks like I'm the first person to join and test.

I adopted some pets from the pound, so that feature works.
Congrats on doing two languages, that's probably going to reach a wide audience.

You have a very nice them, and I like how you have the boxes with scroll bars to prevent page stretch. I clicked all of your pets and it automatically feeds them, I don't think the option to play with them or (I think it was) brush them works though, or is that just a thing that you can do if you own that pet?

Anyhow, I wish you luck for it. Are you looking to get more members in right now or just a small amount of testers?

Yeah, playing and brushing works only if you own that pet. But that is purpose.

To get clicks your creature needs a food bowl. You have got two by registering. You can give the item to your creature directly over the "Your creature"-page or over the inventory.

For beginning I prefer a small amount of testers to make sure everything works fine.
 
Looks like a very nice site! Lovely artwork, as well! There are some minor spelling/grammatical errors for the English translations, here's a fixed version of the home page text (not meant to offend, just trying to help :))

"Tree of Arvalus" is a little and free online game where you can collect and raise many different Creatures.

Currently we are in the alpha phase. Registering is now possible. But not all functions are finished yet, and there might still be some little bugs which will be fixed soon.

Again, just some very minor things! Also, I love the avatar selection when registering! I was always fond of having multiple default avatars for users :)

English isn't my native language so there might be a lot of spelling/ grammatical errors around the english translation. So, always I'm very happy if someone find some errors and tell me. Again many thanks.

I'm glad you like the avatar selection :). Personally I don't like to use 'url' for user's avatars since you don't know if they'll use some forbidden or copyrighted content. So I decide to use a small selection of default avatars instead.
 
This looks really awesome, good luck with your site. Looks to me that you've come out with a simple battle system, thats really interesting to me.

The battle system is current very simple and the fights run automatically. A battle can have up to 20 rounds. Every creature starts with 100% health. Every creature can attack one time and dodge one time per round. The attack makes damage between 10% and 100% of the strengths stats. The dodge prevents damage between 10% and 100% of the speed stats. If the dodge is higher as the enemy's attack, the creature doesn't take any damage in this round.

If the creature has a high morale it can increase it skills after a victory and/or find an item.

Finally I found the time to work on it again. I have overwork my battle system and added an arena to my site. User can battle against an arena leader or against random opponents.

The fight is turn-based. Every round the user choose a attack and enter a attack value which determined the attacks strength. The certain skill will be decreased by this value for one round.
For example: If your creature have 10 strength points and you use 8 points for attack, your creature'll only have 2 strength points left for the next round. After another round the skills will regenerate.
 
I'd advise everyone to try the battling out, its pretty interesting and fun once you get the hang of it. ;P And expertly coded of course.
