  • Hi there Tequila, hows life been to you lately? I've been busy with research paper and exams, also got sick at some point. Its all over now, so I am right back to the development of this script. Preview of first new feature for Mys v1.3.4 will be available in a day or two. ^^
Well if so, give it your best shot. XD Still, if you are more interested in applying for a job, it can be a different story. Are you getting job interviews lately?

Oh I see, guess netflix must be a great help. ^^

Maybe, but anyway its a quite dangerous experiment with AJAX profile tabs when I wasnt even comfortable with AJAX. For a while I thought it was the javascript that caused the issue lol, turns out to be the css instead. XD
    Ah thanks. ^^

I see what you mean. And yeah, school can be a very good backup plan. Is there a chance you get fellowship scholarship or any types of financial aid? Not sure whether this is possible if you are going to specialized art school though, but if you aim at colleges you should consider. XD

Oh so thats the problem, wonder how expensive its gonna be. And you pay for netflix?

Yeah, it is actually just that easy. I think the problem is that the tab css is from an external source, something neither of us are familiar with. Guess we will need to be careful with third party scripts, including javascript and css. XD
I see, what do you think? XD

Ah working on resume, thats kinda interesting. Resume for school applications? Thought you were referring to jobs, but well yeah it will definitely help you a lot to learn in schools/colleges. I am in graduate school right now, so I understand how it feels. XD

I understand what you mean, but sometimes it wont hurt to take short break and attend the event you look forward to. Its your choice ultimately.

And guess what? The dropdown menu and profile tabs css glitch is finally resolved! It turns out to be the css class .hide causing the trouble, as both the menu.css and tabs.css are using it. I changed the class .hide to .hides for dropdown menu, its now showing up on the profile tabs:

Hello there Tequila, did you check out my latest post in dev staff zone? I posted a minor new feature update on additional css/js. XD Anyway how have you been?
Oh hi there Tequila, you get a new email? Looks like you still log on MSN every now and then, though you sign off quickly. XD
I see, I wish you the best luck on them. For someone as good as you, you shouldnt be worrying about losing a job. XD And yeah, you do seem to be way too fond of tumblr.com.

I see, its perfectly fine though. Like I said before, the integration script was made for you, so just take your time and lemme know if theres anything I can do to help you with. ^^
I see, and yeah it does seem that way to me. XD How are these projects coming along btw?

Alright sure thing, I will make sure the integration will work for you, thats what I should do for an awesome dev staff like you. ^^ Just lemme know then.
I see, thats good to know. Does this mean you will have more free time to kill? XD

Yeah I hope so too, I've really worked hard on it.

The integration throws an error? Weird, I dont see any errors from the files. Can you show me whats on join.php through a private message? Id like to investigate further whats going on.
    Thanks...

I have, and now I'm getting hours cut at work. So lots of time to work around the house.

Oh, hope this works out well.

And the intergration throws this error on the join page: http://crystalhollow.com/join.php

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home/guildedc/public_html/crystalhollow.com/join.php on line 1
I see, thats really bad... May her rest in peace...

Looks like you have indeed been super busy lately, I completely understand. I had spring break about two weeks ago, it was fun time. Life has been pretty much difficult for me too once school resumed, so I can feel you.

Btw I've released Mys v1.3.3, and I'm working on the new things in my freetime lately. I've almost completed this 'PHP collections framework' project, it will be used extensively in Mys projects. And if you dont mind me asking, did the integration of Mysidia-TCG work out for you? I remember you asked me for this a while ago, but I never heard of it since I sent you the integration files. I am just a bit curious lol.
Oh btw Tequila, I made an update in the dev staff zone. Check it out and lemme know what you think once you get a chance, and have a great day!
I see what you mean, its been quite tiring for me too lately. Just had two exams last week, but this week is somewhat easier. Looks like you have many projects going on lately, and they are getting serious. But anyway, these seem fun. XD

Oh thats so good to know, you are looking into responsive design lately. I am sure it will come when we are designing the layout and main theme for Mys v1.4.0. For now have fun playing with it. ^^
Alright, lemme know if that works for ya.

The PM you sent? Sorry I dont recall you sending me PMs in the past month, I only had messages from Anna and Ruinily lately. Are you talking about on MSN? I didnt see you on MSN Messager either.
You can give a try now, I've uploaded the files to mediafire. You need to edit line 3 in the file join.php, which stores the mysidia adoptables directory in a variable called $mysdir. Change it to whatever fits your site. Replace the join.php in your tcg site with the new one, and add the library file integration.php to the directory mytcg/. This should do the trick.

    File download:

umm spam protection? Sounds like a good idea, I will look into that when I get a chance. Tbh I dont like how MyTCG uses almost purely procedural code though, but perhaps they are also in the middle of transition like MysAdopts? Interesting. XD
Well I've given a try to integrate the TCG site into Mysidia Adoptables, it seems somewhat difficult since the registration page on TCG requires a lot of informaton, which results in a need to pretty much overhaul the registration script. I can attempt to do it the other way though, I mean, to integrate the script into TCG, since Mys actually requires less registration information than your TCG. How does this sound?
Interesting, I will take a look at it on Friday. The most important part is to find a way to insert a user data into both the adoptables and the TCG tables at the same time and link them properly. XD
