    Looks like you will need some more work to get them to see what you want them to see. Wont be easy, but there's gotta be a way.

    Come to think about it, do you prefer working in urban or rural area? It may not be much of a choice nowadays with the economy still doing poorly.

    Yeah I'd say you need a different way to advertise/promote your site. A good idea is to look at ideas that have worked before, its no easy task though. I am not good at this kind of thing either, to be honest.

    I see, looks like you are determined to move. Better job opportunities sure can be a huge driving force, especially under this current circumstance. Do you know what these open jobs are? Are they closely related to your desired profession? Just curious.

    No worries. XD And yeah, its indeed been quite hot lately. Blogging sure dont make your better financially, but its still a pretty good way to kill time. Oh looking for apartment? Hopefully you find a place where its not only cheaper to rent but also easier to find a job nearby. Finding jobs is now a universal issue, but Australian cousin told me how his classmates were struggling to find a job in Sydney. Some of the stories were hard to believe before, but now I completely understand.

    I see, but dont you think you can simply hire people to do volunteering work if its about the forums and wiki? I dont have ads on my sites/forums either, and hopefully this has made navigation on Mysidia enjoyable at least by a little bit. XD

    Indeed it will be more complicated than other scripts as you will need to manipulate image functionalities that not many programmers are familiar with. Its doable though, but Id say working on the easy tasks first. XD

    Sounds like you have a plan, I wish you good luck on that. Not sure whether you will need a better hosting though, a standard shared host is good enough for sites less than 200-300 members. If you reach Silverdragontear's popularity, it will be necessary to upgrade to VPS.

    A better name? Interesting, I will see if I can help out.

    I see, sounds a bit complicated. XD I do believe there is a way to get the old mods to work with the new script, just a few minor edits will do the trick for most of the time. Not sure with the decoration mod since its a bit more complex, but the newest member mod can be easily accomplished with Mys v1.3.3 if you know how to play with the module system. The others should not be difficult either.

    Ah the Feline Flight project, I knew you had its development going for quite a few days now, looks like its going in the right direction. A soft delete system? What do you expect it to accomplish? The same way as the old Rusnak Script's soft deletion? Or something different?

    Thats sad, but you have to believe that things will get better eventually. Going back to school is a good option too, I am still in school even now. XD

    You can use the script's module manager to achieve this, it requires PHP coding so can't be done with HTML or CSS only. For your theme, I'd recommend a layout for better display of the favpet and user avatar, the actual coding has to use php.

    For total number of adoptables, maybe it can be displayed in adoptspotlight, or below who's online link?

    I am still working on the trade system, hopefully it turns out to be good.

    I like learning too, do you believe that I had no programming talent 5 years ago? Back then Id never imagine myself to be the person I am now. People can change, and its learning that makes it happen.

    And I am working on the new trade system, its kinda complicated and time-consuming to work on since I want to enable users to trade multiple adoptables/items at the same time. Its easy to design a standard trade system, but not easy to design a customizable trade system.

    I see, a new project more intensive than CH. Sounds interesting, how far are you into it at this moment? A VPS should be more than enough, the current Mysidia Adoptables Support Forum is hosted with a dedicated server but the resources are somewhat wasted lol.

    Umm you like XML? Tbh I havent really played much with XML yet, but it seems that VBulletin's mods/addons use XML as installation/configuration file so it must be quite useful on this aspect.

    I see, so time and money are the issue. I can host for ya if you dont mind, my server is on a dedicated host but the support forum is not active enough to even make 5-10% of the server load limit. I can even start a hosting service and run 100+ sites if I want to. XD

    Oh what a brave girl, glad she did not feel a thing. Thanks, I hope to stay alive. ^^ A 20,000 words essay/report sure is somewhat overwhelming to write.

    Sounds like your writings have been quite successful and enjoyable so far. I read the censorship in America essay too, its really nice and intriguing.

    I am grateful you like it. XD The new theme editor is just one minor step for user-friendly theme/templating system. By Mys v1.4.0 I plan to allow admins to install themes by importing either a compressed archive file(zip, rar...) or an xml file. Lots of things can be done. ^^ I appreciate your works on Mys v1.3.x themes too.

    Oh my you have lots of projects going on at this moment, I bet its a busy life. Good for you is that you most likely enjoy doing them. As you see, not everyone likes the job he/she's doing, it's great if you happen to be one lucky person.
