How will weather and seasons impact the game?
Seasons sound easy to implement, as a matter of putting a flag in the coding and swapping out a few images, perhaps. Weather sounds more challenging, and it will have to be randomized a bit, I imagine.
Certain shops may only be open during certain seasons. Some creatures may change appearance based on the season, as well. Certain adoptables or quest items may only be obtainable in specific areas during specific weather patterns.
I imagine weather to last for at least half an hour and gradually change. Sunny to partially cloudy, to overcast, to light drizzles ... raining, stormy downpour, thunder and lightning, etc.
