Staff needed for Crystal Hollow

First off I need to "hire" staff to help out on Crystal Hollow. Since the site is planned to be a combination of adoptable site and trading card game I will need people that can help out.

What I need help with:

• Updating Games
• Forum Moderators
• Image Finders - for deck creation (all have to be stock images or created by yourself)
• Badge Makers - there is a psd if you'd like it
• Event Planners
• Fine tuning information posted - help with writing
• Merchandise help - need someone to help me get a book together among other things

Eventually I will be able to pay money, but to start your pay would be in the form of site currency (for both parts) and cards. You would not be able to play games, but can participate in trading.

I am also looking for assistance with coding specific items into the game:

• secondary currency for donators to purchase special pets
• a way to fully intergrate the three profile pages into one (mytcg, mys, and forum)

If anyone can I will pay for the above!

Position Title: Game Moderator
Positions Available: 3
Job Description: You will be responsible for updating games that are not automated. A list of these games will be forthcoming. Your pay (in game currencies and cards) will be determined by you.

Position Title: Forum Moderator
Positions Available: 5
Job Description: Make sure our forums are free from spam and that users follow set rules. Your pay (in game currencies and cards) will be determined by you.

I'm working on a way to get advertisements (classy ones) and other items towards a way to pay real cash to staff members. So yeah, still looking for help.

Looking to hire coders for the following projects:

Weather System - random weather that is time determined and has effects on card finding and familiae finding.
Known sites with a system like I'm looking for: GPX+

World Map - for searching of new familiae.
Sites with systems that I like: Dragon Cave, Unicreatures

Massive User System - will be hard coded and linked to your forum login. I plan on using MyBB for the board and would like it to show collecting for cards (and sets that are mastered, a good example of one of the script pages is at http://dancing-mad.net/spree/profile.php?id=Stephi) and a page of familiae owned (like the current profile page, only on the board).
