I don't know how can i find out? Found out its using php 7.1

I don't know if you're still having this issue, but in case you do, mysidia won't run on anything above PHP 5.4 (unless you take on the task of recoding everything)
Maybe try switching PHP versions?

Thank you. I ended up deleting all the files to start over cause I thought I did something wrong.
