Hello all. I've fixed various problems with "class_initializer" file, but am now having some trouble with the registry...

I keep running into an error message that looks like this:
PHP:
Fatal error: Class 'Registry' not found in /home/critterr/public_html/classes/class_initializer.php on line 106

Would anyone happen to have a quick fix? I'm using FileZilla for files and Mysidia host for hosting.

Any errors related to class_initializer are pathing issues, which is actually located in class_path. Can you show what that file looks like?
I would actually recommend re-installing, since I've never run into those issues on mysidiahost unless I forgot something during installation. You could also PM HoF if all else fails.

So for class_initializer, it should be restored to its default (so just replace it with a fresh one from the mysidia zip file)
If possible, could you restore the files you changed back to default (you can backup the changed ones) and show me what those other errors were? Or you can just type them up if you remember. Like I mentioned above, even though it seem strange, you shouldn't have to edit those files to fix anything, so the problem is usually elsewhere.

The other error that keeps popping up is
PHP:
Warning: require(../inc/config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/critterr/public_html/classes/class_initializer.php on line 97

Warning: require(../inc/config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/critterr/public_html/classes/class_initializer.php on line 97

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '../inc/config.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/share/pear') in /home/critterr/public_html/classes/class_initializer.php on line 97

This is why I had to edit the class_initializer file... Should I have gone about it another way? I've already restored the file back to default and it keeps coming up with this message again...

I have renamed the file. I tried the above fix as well, but I still keep coming up with the same error message...

I think you should send a private message to Hall of Famer, since he owns mysidiahost. I use mysidiahost too, and I've never had that, so you might have to see if it's just you.

Alright. Thank you for your help. Sorry we couldn't resolve it...:desudesudesu:
