Looking for PHP programmer (paid)

I am looking for a php I'm looking for a Programmer since my other one is so busy. I need a whole site to be made.

I have:

Domain name.
Host
30 images made.

A whole site? o.o why not just use the base and hire someone to manipulate it?

I can't find a baase for what I want. If you know of one I'd be grateful.

What I mean is, use like the Mysidia base as a starting point then add or remove what you do or don't want.
