hello~ looking for help with installation!

Hi everyone! Nice to be here, i've always wanted to create some kind of adoptables site and i'm excited to give it a try! I'm having some issues though; I can't seem to get past step 3. judging by the logs it seems like its trying to write the config file but always times out. Does anyone know if there's an easy fix i'm missing here? (Or, should i repost this question in the support forum?)

Welcome to Mysidia Adoptables. Yeah you can ask a question in the Question & Support forum, you may also post the error log there if you wish to(assuming it contains no sensitive information, do not show anything like password in a public forum).

Also if I may ask, do you run a typical LAMP web hosting service? Some webhosts may have strange configurations, ie. 000webhost not using localhost for the database server and will need a different configuration.
