How to Install Themes?

I'm looking for help on installing themes, because I'm trying to change the theme on my site but I can't figure out how.

Re

Go to your cpanel, file manager, templates, and if you want to edit a theme, click the theme's name, and there should be a style sheet there for you to edit.
