Glowing Blue Theme

I think I've gone a little overboard on creating this theme and since this is the first theme I've ever created, It may look a little ugly. But I'll try harder next time!

I just started making it a few hours ago, and I was surprised by myself that I could finish it within a day

-Automatically get the year for the copyright stuff
-Automatically get the sitename for copyright stuff
