GIF Files Not Working?

Maybe the image size is mlre then 1 mb or you can try upload by file manager

It is not more than 1 megabyte, I promise, heh.

Anyways, I found the solution. For some reason removing the .htaccess and index.htm file from the GIF folder lets it work just fine.
