I am no longer able to edit the levels of my adopts since updating to the newest version. We have removed all restrictions and have tried with multiple adopts. This is the error we're getting.

i see you got seo urls enabled

disable the seo urls and try again
seems that the seo is not working 100% like it need to be , so you try to go to a page that can not be found ( problem of seo rewrite )

your link need to look like "settingspost.php?set=level&id=1"

please note , the link is just a example , i got no idea about the value's that the version 1.3.2 need to give

only based on the screenshot and the url does it seems to be a seo problem , so by disabling the seo url should it be a work around in this case

Okay. I'm trying to understand what you're talking about.

Are you saying that we're not able to use alternate outcomes?

Either way, how do I turn the SEO off?

i can not find it in the script and i got it not installed so i can not say it for sure

does the level name ends with 1/2 ?? and a other level as 2/2 ?

try to remove the last /2 from the url and see if the page then works

from the quick look it dit at the script does it seems that the urls are written that way and has nothing to do with rewriting so you can not change that eather (code of what i found )
Code:
 $replacements = array($path, $path."/adopt", $path."/level", ...

if that last does not work , then we need to wait on the developer to provide a solution

edit
seems that the /2 is counted as level
so if your pet name already contains a / then it will not work ( as the / got a other value )

to fix that part then then you manual need to rename the pet in the database , and then it can work again

Okay, I'm not sure what you're talking about so I'll wait for HoF to come around. Thank you for trying to help.

Well it does work on my demo site, so I cannot reproduce this error myself. Can u show mr an example of the URL you get? I mean, the link URL that generates this error message? I will compare it with mine and figure out a quick solution for ya.

Can you try to create an adoptable with a simple name like 'Dog', 'Cat' and 'Rabbit'? I am speculating that the reason it is not working out is because you use spaces in the adoptables types/names.
