Shoutbox Broken

The shoutbox seems to have broken... when there are no comments, it displays fine. But as soon as you click to post something it leads to a blank page. I tried adding a comment through php myadmin but that also leads to the blank page. On my WAMP server version it comes up with this fatal error (which is obviously hidden on my online site...):

I'm not sure what the issue is. I've replaced the shoutbox files with the default mysidia ones... I've even replaced the ckeditor folder and the ckeditor_init file... just in case. Nothing worked :/ Any help would be awesome ahaha ^_^''
