Can we code and add something like notification where user can feed and other user can comment on that feed and second is there anyway to add warning logs for user and moderator group and can we add mod badge on there profile

Its totally possible, I already said before that you can do anything you want with this script so long as you know how to code. However, what you are requesting are rather complex and you may need to consider hiring a coder for this. I doubt its something most people can do within a few minutes.
