Breeding System

I am aware that there is a breeding system that someone made but I dont just want to steal it, plus, where do you insert the breeding system?

I don't know of anyone having it. I wish I did, which is why I'm trying to make one. :/
The breeding system which I am making runs from a new file, 'breeding.php'.
