Anyone help with a V1.2 theme?

I was wondering could anyone help me with a V1.2 theme I am going to be making a site I have a good idea

Are you looking for someone to help you integrating a theme? Or someone who could create the theme?

Some one who could make a theme. Or maybe someone who could integrate Pyropets layout that I have and make some new images for it to go in place of the current ones.

Do you think Nyxi would be able to do it since she coded the Pyropets layout for me?
