Problem and ask about shoutbox

Hello all , i have a problem in my shoutbox , the 'Guest' post in him , can anyone help me whit this? how can i fix this problem?

And too , i have a question. When a user posts in the shoutbox , i want that the post has a link whit the profile of the user to post , how can i make this?
