Paypal Premium Currency

I'm wanting to make it so users can purchase a premium currency to buy certain creatures, items, and more.
However, I'm not sure how to integrate this.
Has anyone successfully done it and is willing to share how? I'm happy to pay for some coding, just let me know what you'd be after

I'm curious as well on how to integrate a paypal payment method on mysidia.
You could temporarily provide an email/link to your paypal until this has been figured out.

I found this tutorial for how to integrate PayPal using PHP, maybe someone can make sense of it? If anyone is successful, it would be a brilliant mod as I know loads of users who really want the feature
