[Bugs] Admin CP and Stuff OTL.

When you try to change a user's password through the admin CP, it uses the old encrypted password without the SALT and stuff. Also if two people register with the same email they can't retrieve their password through an error. If people register with symbols such as - [ ] its not there when...

Adopt only one of each species

I don't believe its working. I've tried doing a clean install and everything, but no matter what you can adopt unlimited adopts of XX species, even though i set it to 0 or 1. OTL can anyone help me?
