I see, you can try many different webhost. Or you can have me host your site for you too, it is free and better than any free webhosts available. If your site has a huge amount of activity though, you need to get a paid service on other webhosts.
Well I can recommend rapidshare, mediafire and 4shared if you mean general files. For images, use tinypic, photobucket or imageshack. -
