I thought that was the issue, but I found a replaced it. I have it installed on Veropets.com but each link becomes dead. Even after adding .php to each page in the URL. I assumed the htacess was causing an issue with mod-rewrite. Any suggestions?

the .htaccess file is inside the mysidia adoptables zip/rar file you download. Its in the root directory(the same directory with index.php), and should be easy to find.
