Javascript/Jquery not being run. [Answered]

Another Level Up Glitch

I've created 2 different adoptables. The first adoptable works perfectly but when people adopt the second one it doesn't level up and it says (Max Level). They gain clicks but never level up. I've removed all of the register links off the site for now... but you can still register at the...
