River Paiting and Dragon Sketch

Script

I've downloaded the Mysidia/Rusnak Script Version 1.1.0 multiple times, but when I try and open it this always comes up: When I save it, then try to open it, the same thing happens. Anyone have any explanations? Advice? Etc.?
